Investment Banking – Off-cycle Internship

Role and responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing industry data, compiling industry benchmarks
Preparing financial analysis and valuation models
Materials for client pitches including analysis of financing alternatives, developing equity stories, marketing and distribution strategies, etc.
Frequent interaction with other teams across IBD and other divisions, locally as well as globally
Live deal execution (M&A, equity and debt offerings etc.)



Skills and Competencies required:

Strong interest in capital markets, corporate finance and business
Ability to balance multiple tasks
Team player, positive attitude, highly motivated
Analytical mindset with an eye for details
Strong interpersonal, entrepreneurial and leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability and dedication to meet strict deadlines
Language skills: fluent spoken and written English strictly required



Ideally suited in Bachelor and Masters degree programs in their penultimate academic year (graduates 2017 or 2018)
